Planners are meant to give us structure and help us get to life we want to live. But instead, we end up having overwhelmingly long to-do lists full of stuff that looks good on paper, but that leave us with no drive to check off these boxes. This can make us feel like we are getting carried by the current of the everyday chores; there is never enough time for our hobbies and activities that make us feel alive. Alternatively, we over-plan, and after a few hours of motivation we run out of fumes and drop it.

It happened to me oh so many times. So I created a gentle system to help me plan around what really matters to me. And now I am ready to share it with you.
